Shipping and Delivery Policy

Physical footwear

• Europe: free tracked standard shipping.
• Outside Europe: €20 tracked international shipping.

Estimated delivery: 3–6 days from the order date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier disruption, address checks, customs controls or events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

When the order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout. Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the €20 shipping fee and, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Digital course

The digital course has no physical shipping fee. Access instructions are sent electronically to the email used at checkout after successful payment. If the message does not arrive, check the spam folder and contact support@airforcegoat.store.
