These Terms apply when you use airforcegoat.store or purchase from AirforceGoat. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies displayed or linked at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

Products

AirforceGoat sells independently customised footwear and a digital educational course. Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Because physical pairs are finished by hand, minor variations can occur.

AirforceGoat is an independent customisation brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nike. Any Nike Air Force 1 base identified on a product page is independently customised by AirforceGoat.

Prices and payment

Prices, taxes and available payment methods are shown before payment. Instalment and local payment options appear only where the buyer and order are eligible. An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation.

Physical shipping

Tracked standard shipping is free in Europe and costs €20 outside Europe. Estimated delivery is 3–6 days from the order date. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply outside the European Union and are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law states otherwise.

Digital course delivery

The course is delivered electronically and has no shipping fee. Access instructions are sent to the checkout email after successful payment. Available course languages and included material are described on the product page. Course access is for the purchaser's personal use and may not be copied, resold, shared publicly or redistributed except where law permits.

Returns and digital-content rights

Return requests for eligible physical footwear may be made within 15 days of delivery, subject to the Refund and Returns Policy. Digital-content withdrawal rights and remedies follow applicable law, including any acknowledgement requested before immediate access begins.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights. Store content, course material, videos, designs and branding remain protected by applicable law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirforceGoat is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control.
