Email astrame87@gmail.com within 15 days of the recorded delivery date before shipping anything. Include your order number, the size ordered, the requested size or reason for return, and photographs when the request concerns a product issue.
Condition of the pair
The pair must be unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition, with the original packaging and included items where supplied. Trying the shoes on indoors must not leave visible wear.
Size changes depend on live stock
Black Crystal is a limited drop with inventory allocated separately by size. A replacement size can be offered only while its real stock remains available.
Return instructions
Do not send a parcel before receiving return instructions. Support will confirm the return address, eligibility, available resolution and responsibility for return shipping.
Inspection and resolution
Returned items are reviewed after receipt. The available resolution may include a size change, refund or another solution depending on the request, product condition and applicable consumer rights. Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
