SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

PHYSICAL FOOTWEAR

Europe: free tracked standard shipping.

Outside Europe: €20 tracked international shipping.

Estimated delivery: 3–6 days from the order date.

The delivery period is an estimate and not an absolute guarantee. Carrier disruption, address checks, customs controls or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

When the order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is complete and accurate.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the €20 international shipping fee and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

DIGITAL COURSE

The digital course has no physical shipping fee.

Access instructions are sent electronically to the email used at checkout after successful payment.
