These Terms apply when you use airforcegoat.store or purchase from AirforceGoat. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies displayed or linked at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

PRODUCTS

AirforceGoat sells independently customised footwear and a digital educational course.

Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Because physical pairs are finished by hand, minor variations can occur.

AirforceGoat is an independent customisation brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nike. Any Nike Air Force 1 base identified on a product page is independently customised by AirforceGoat.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping costs and available payment methods are displayed before payment.

Instalment and local payment methods, including Klarna, Apple Pay or Shop Pay, appear only when the customer and order are eligible.

An order is accepted after successful payment and order confirmation.

PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Tracked standard shipping is free within Europe.

Tracked international shipping outside Europe costs €20.

Estimated delivery is 3–6 days from the order date. This is an estimate and not an absolute guarantee.

Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply to deliveries outside the European Union. These charges are not included in the €20 shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law states otherwise.

DIGITAL COURSE DELIVERY

The course is delivered electronically and has no shipping fee. Access instructions are sent to the email used at checkout after successful payment.

The course provides step-by-step guidance covering sneaker customisation, equipment, video creation, marketing and selling strategies.

The available languages and included course materials are described on the product page.

Course access is for the purchaser’s personal use. Course videos, documents and other materials may not be copied, resold, shared publicly or redistributed except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by AirforceGoat.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Examples relating to revenue, audience growth, marketing performance or business results describe personal experience and are not a promise or guarantee that every student will obtain the same results.

Results depend on factors including the student’s effort, abilities, resources, market conditions and implementation of the course material.

RETURNS AND DIGITAL-CONTENT RIGHTS

Return requests for eligible physical footwear may be made within 15 days of delivery, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Rights of withdrawal and remedies relating to digital content are governed by applicable law, including any express consent and acknowledgement requested before immediate access begins.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights.

Store content, course materials, videos, designs, photographs and branding remain protected by applicable law.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirforceGoat is not responsible for indirect losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
